Shipping Costs

Order Cancellation

Lost Packages
VIVORA is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will gladly work with you and the carrier to help resolve any shipping issues.
